What we collect

• Account data: your email address if you create an account.
• Scan data: the URLs you ask us to audit and the resulting reports (scores, detected issues, keyword opportunities, and for unlocked reports the AI answers we collected).
• Billing data: which reports were unlocked and the payment reference. Payment details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.

How we use it

• To run the audits you request and show them to you again at their link.
• To build unlocked reports: the page content is sent to ChatGPT (via Codex, model gpt-6-sol) to produce the visibility measurement and keyword plan. We do not send your email.
• To confirm payments with Stripe. We do not sell or share personal data.

Crawling

Our crawler (Fumblemap-Bot) only fetches pages at the explicit request of a user, identifies itself honestly, and fetches a single page per audit. It never crawls recursively.

Data retention & deletion

Scan history is kept while your account is active. Email us to export or delete your data at any time; deletion removes your profile, scans, monitors and subscription records.
